Calling all Kent archers! It’s that time of year again where we swap the quiver for the ballot box. The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is fast approaching, and it is your prime opportunity to have a say in how our sport is run across the county.
Whether you’re a seasoned longbow enthusiast or a rising star in the compound circuit, your voice matters. This meeting isn’t just about reviewing the past year—it’s about electing the leadership that will steer the Kent Archery Association (KAA) into the future.
Key Deadlines & Details
If you want to have an impact on the upcoming elections or submit a proposal, you’ll need to act fast. All submissions must reach the KAA Secretary no later than:
- Date: Friday, 6th February 2026
- Time: 13:00 hours
Nominations are Open!
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to fill vital roles within the association. This year is particularly significant as we are looking for a President to serve a three-year term.
Nominations are open for:
- The KAA President (3-year term)
- Executive Committee Members (1-year term)
- Operational Committee Members (1-year term)
If you know someone (or are someone) with the vision and dedication to support Kent’s archery community, now is the time to step forward.
